Protection project starts at Xuanquanzhi Ruins in Dunhuang

Xuanquanzhi Ruins is located at an important pass of the Silk Road in Gansu Province. It was used as a rest stop along the Silk Road from 2nd century BC to 3rd century AD and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site in 2014.
