Pupils add creative elements to Fuzhou lacquerwares



Residents see lacquerwares created by primary school students at an event in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on July 3, 2021. A total of 120 artworks were presented at the event. Fujian Province is one of the birthplaces of Chinese modern lacquer painting. Well-known for its long history and sophisticated crafts, the bodiless lacquerware in Fuzhou was listed as one of China's national intangible heritages in 2006.
