Chefs add handmade eight-year-old vinegar to the glutinous rice ball fillings in Donghu Vinegar Garden in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province on Feb. 23, 2021. As the Lantern Festival is approaching, the glutinous rice balls filled with mature-vinegar have become increasingly popular in the market. There are many mature vinegar big fans in north China’s Shanxi Province.
