Beijing reports 6 imported COVID-19 cases

Beijing reported six newly confirmed cases of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from the United Kingdom Thursday, the municipal health commission said Friday.
That brings the total number of imported cases in Beijing to 70. There were six suspected COVID-19 cases found on Thursday, bringing the city's suspected cases to 44. A total of 4,001 people in close contact with the cases have been screened.
There were no new reports of indigenously transmitted COVID-19 cases in Beijing on Thursday.
As of the end of Thursday, Beijing had reported a total of 485 confirmed cases. Of the total, 384 had been discharged from hospital after recovery.
