Guangzhou Baiyun Airport sees growing passenger volume as Canton Fair comes

The volume of inbound and outbound passengers at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province has been continuously increasing recently, and the daily average number of international passenger flights here has reached nearly 100due to the coming 133rd China Import and Export Fair, or Canton Fair, according to local authorities.

Among the foreigners entering China through Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, most are from Malaysia, Australia, India, South Korea, and Singapore, according to the Baiyun exit and entry checkpoint.

From March 15th to April 10th, the port has checked more than 400,000 inbound and outbound passengers, and it is expected that the volume at the port will continue to increase in the future.

The Canton Fair is scheduled to be held in Guangzhou from April 15th to May 5th in three phases, and will fully resume offline exhibitions. At the same time, the online platform will be operated regularly to provide 24/7 online services for exhibitors and buyers. Currently, more than 200 countries and regions have pre-registered to participate in the offline exhibition.
