Reed harvest on Bosten Lake in Xinjiang

Farmers harvest reeds in the frozen Bosten Lake in Bohu County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Bosten Lake is China's largest inland freshwater lake and an important reed production base. With an area of 1,646 square km, the lake is home to over 30 fish varieties.
